Privacy Policy

Nooké (“we”, “us”) is an interior-furnishing planning and sourcing workspace operated by TheLevelTeam LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. Nooké is an invite-only tool for design teams and their collaborators.

Information we collect

• Account details. When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and (from Google) profile photo. You may edit your display name and photo.
• Content you create. Rooms, items, quantities, sizes, costs, stores, notes, comments, and any photos, floor plans, moodboards, or 3D renders you upload.
• Notification tokens. If you enable notifications, a device/browser push token so we can deliver alerts (e.g. an item assigned to you).
• Basic technical data. Standard request logs (IP, device/browser type) used to run and secure the service.

How we use it

• To provide the workspace — save your rooms, items, boards, and budgets.
• To enable team collaboration — assignments, comments, approvals, and shared views.
• To send transactional email (account approval, assignment notices) and push notifications you opt into.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Service providers

We share data only with processors that help us run Nooké:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Google & Apple — sign-in (only if you choose that provider).
• Apple Push Notification service / web push — notification delivery.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your profile, photo, and notification tokens. Shared workspace content you added (rooms and items) remains with the workspace so your team’s project stays intact; your name is removed from it. To request removal of specific content, contact us.

Security

Access to your data is enforced by row-level security tied to your account, connections are encrypted in transit, and only approved members of your workspace can view its content.

Children

Nooké is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
