Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Nooké, an interior-furnishing planning and sourcing workspace operated by TheLevelTeam LLC. By signing in, you agree to them.

Your account

Nooké is invite-only. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

Acceptable use

Use Nooké for its intended purpose — planning and sourcing furnishings with your team. Don’t upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt to breach security, or misuse the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (rooms, items, photos, notes). You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display it within your workspace to operate the service.

Availability

Nooké is provided “as is” without warranties. We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
